In 1953, Dr. Moshe Kantor who is of a Jewish background was born. He got his degree in Moscow Aviation Institute in 1976. This was the sixtieth anniversary of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Nazi liberation camp. He also works as a chairman and founder of the EJF.
